There are many ways to get URLs in your site, one way is to use Firefox, a free browser. See right picture.

Open you site in Firefox.
Select menu Tools -> Page Info.
In Page Info window, select Links. (See right picture).
Right-click, select Select All.
Right-click again, select Copy.
Last, paste links in the URLs above, and you can create you sitemap.
